This week, I’m excited to have my long-time friend Jonathan Seaborn on The Dad Complex. I’ve known Jonathan for over 10 years now, and we’ve seen each other turn from Jonathan(s) the musician to the part-time dream chasers to finding our dream careers and becoming dads around the same time.

Episode 4 features my pal, mortgage loan officer extraordinaire, and all-around wonderful human, Tom Couture. Like Kate and I, Grant and his wife, Ericka, had children at a young age and experienced growing a family while simultaneously finding our career footing. My guest for this episode is Gabriel Reyes of Victory Homes. Gabriel has 4 kids – 3 girls and 1 boy- from 5 to 13 years old. Gabriel is an Army Veteran and was raised very similarly to me. We’ve been friends for a couple of years at this point, and I’ve been able to look up to him as a father, business owner, and as a genuine character.
